Account Access & Modes
Set what each company account can do. Office = full estimating app, works the est shared mailbox. Site = read-only quote viewer (pick a project, see its quotes). Both = the person can switch from the top bar. No Access = cannot use the app. Office mode only works for someone who has been granted est mailbox access in Microsoft 365.

Follow-Ups (Chasing Quotes)
When a trade has not replied to an RFQ, a follow-up becomes due. Due follow-ups are listed for you to review and send — they are not sent automatically.
Placeholders: {company}{itemName}{jobName}{jobAddress} · your signature is added automatically.
Send & Receive As est
This is now controlled by Office mode (see the Office / Site switch at the top, and the Access tab). In Office mode the app always sends from and reads the est@auhs.com.au shared inbox; in Site mode it never touches email.
Email Signature
Auto-appended to every RFQ email. Uses your sent name on each email.
Plain text recommended. Variables: {senderName}, {senderTitle}, {senderEmail}.
AI Tuning Export
Export real Gemini classifications since your last export, ready to paste into the
AH Est Email Classifier chat for analysis. The classifier chat will
return an updated worker.js you can deploy via GitHub.
Tip: after exporting, start a new chat called "AH Est Email Classifier" inside the same Anthropic Project. Paste the starter prompt and attach the downloaded .md file.
Authorised Users
Two admins are hardcoded: oskar@auhs.com.au and est@auhs.com.au.
Both can send RFQs. With Send & Receive As est on (Email Signature tab), a non-est admin sends from and reads the shared est@auhs.com.au mailbox.
Additional users will be added in a later phase.
