When a trade has not replied to an RFQ, a follow-up becomes due. Due follow-ups are listed for you to review and send — they are not sent automatically.

A contract you have sent but not had back becomes due for a chase on this schedule. Same as above: listed for you to send, never sent on its own. A trade booked verbally or by email is never chased — there is no signature coming.

When the AI drafts a reply to a supplier question, wrap it in YOUR voice: your fixed opening and closing, with the AI only filling in the answers between them. Turn it off to use the raw AI draft.
